Terms & Conditions of entry for the 2023 Easter Hamper Competition:
The competition is being run by The Tupper Loan Company Limited (TLC Finance).
There is 1 prize, which is an Easter Hamper. The value and contents of this hamper are at the discretion of TLC Finance and may not be disclosed publicly until such time as the prize has been won.
No alternatives will be offered.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.
Open to all Jersey residents, excluding employees of The Tupper Loan Company Limited.
Closing date for entries is 13/04/2023.
Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Entrants must like both the Facebook page and the Facebook promotional post relating to this competition, and should comment on said post at https://facebook.com/tlcjersey/. Only live accounts for “real” people will be considered as genuine entries.
The winner will be chosen at random on 14/04/2023.
The winners will be informed by a Facebook message on 14/04/2023 and will need to respond within 7 days or a new winner will be chosen. The winner’s names will be available on request and published by The Tupper Loan Company Limited on their Facebook page.
The judge’s decision is final.
The prize will need to be collected from the offices of The Tupper Loan Company Limited and a photograph may be taken of the winner to be used as part of the announcement on who won the competition.
The promoter is The Tupper Loan Company Limited.
You are providing your information to The Tupper Loan Company Limited and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used for this competition only and will not be shared with any other party outside of The Tupper Loan Company Limited and will not be used for other purposes in future dealings with The Tupper Loan Company Limited.

By giving us permission to take your photo you understand and agree that The Tupper Loan Company Limited has no obligation to publish your photo but can use the photo in any promotional activity regarding this competition.
